Thankyou Martin & Team, honestly from my heart...

over the last five years you have saved me a fortune in reclaiming money from Banks.
I have never posted a reply but felt i had to let you know i recieved just under £12,000 yes... twelve thousand pounds from LTSB for a missold PPI. It took just one letter using your templates and a longish wait and included interest and I am shocked at how easily this money could have gone unclaimed!

That was nearly more than i made in profit a couple of years back.

    Cheers guys!!xx:T

    WOW!!!!! Well done!!!

    WELL DONE ALL WINNERS :j:j

LYNK-ive called cassandra today - said she has just come back today. apparently she passed details for someone to keep me updated and call me but they probably couldnt get a hold of me as i wasnt in country - told her my phone worked and no one called. Shes gonna look into and call be back today/tomorrow morning.
    that was about 9.20am.

BARCLAYS - still making enqs i have till the 14 sept - said they have to pay all cases from jr by 31.8.11 so getting rid of all those and then start on ours.

HALIFAX- have moved their goal post from sept - oct when allmy ppi were posted the same day in May so i will be sending MR CEO an email re this - i now have 3 with them. (anyone got the email address please.

CITI - not playing ball and advising all customers (well me) the time scale is not 20 weeks to sort from the date them acknowledging your complaine. YES I SAID ACKNOWLEDGE . so i said to the bloke if i had kept on you i would still be waiting for this acknowledgement :mad::mad:. he couldnt say a word. i told him when i sent my questionaire and i know they had received it had i also requested a DSAR which i had b the 14/6 so i know they had my letter. the questionaire and letter was sent in the same envelope. i told him they had until the 13/09 to sort. He then changed his tune and said it could be next week.

thats my update so far. just wish i knew about this site earlier.

Phoned Lloydstsb last night, My claim has been upheld and a letter was sent out 20th aug (The dsame date as others0 but like others ive no letter so they are sending another one out, but al very longwinded, Claim put in May, 16 weeks later they say its been upheld but i need to sign form , send back and they will now work out how much im due which can take 21 days, Very longwinded

Mine exactly the same, told me upheld, letter went out on the 20th august, but i have not recieved, rang on Tues this week, saying they are waiting for my sined acceptance form and they will start to calculate,i told them i had not even received offer,so they promised they would fax it,and it never came, waited for post today, did not come so rang again today, waited ages on the phone, and then got through and spoke to a pleasant guy called jamie,he said he would fax straight over to me,and to be fair he did, first come loads of gumph, about how they work things out etc,and eventually after about 10 pages the acceptance form to sign---guess what some-one else's name on it!!!!!!
So i had to ring again and wait in anither queue to get through, and explain what happened, they in turn had to speak to a supervisor and eventually another fax sent through, correct this time,i signed it and shot down that post office and did a gauranteed next day delivery,
cost over a fiver, but i'm sure it will be worth it.

By the way my son received his this morning and he sent his around the 14th may,if that helps anyone

Was told that once received back usually takes about 14 days for calculations and two weeks after for payout:T
