In case I missed any further updates on your children's GSCE grades, Well done:beer:, its a hard and stressful task I know, been through it with my older one, and for the ones who did not make it, you still have another chance.

Got my letter from Barclays today that I will get £4.200 back. I'm really happy. Thanks a lot again for the template and I can only advise everyone to fill the template form out themselves and don't fall into the trap of those companies who offer to do it for you. It does seem difficult, but I swear, if I can do it then everyone can.

Just to let everyone know. I posted that I had received a letter from lloyds at the weekend to say that they would be paying back my ppi on a loan.Well am in shock as today the cheque for £2,800 arrived. So it only took a few days for them to send it. So far this week between me and OH we have had cheques for approx £8,200:j:j:j:j:) Mine seems a bit different to most of the posts about Lloyds. I didnt get a letter saying that they were calculating it, just a letter at the weekend saying that they would pay £2,800 and not to respond as it would be sent automatically, unless I was querying it. Maybe it's because mine was from 2000.Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

Hi I have a Barclays question hope this is the right forum.
I've been dealing with 2 ppi claims on behalf of my mother, in 2005 she was sold a ppi against a loan of £15000 premium loan £3903, charge for credit £1168 total £5071 payments of £60.38 over 84months (this loan ends Jan 2012 and she is still paying the ppi) As she was retired she did not need this and was pressured into it. So in Jan contacted Barclays using this sites forms, in March went to the FOS and get a letter from in July stating Barclays will make a gesture of goodwill offer etc so good news and waiting to hear exact offer.
Now in 2003 my mother had taken a loan out of £7000 ppi total £1662 I found this out later she had take the bigger loan in 2005 to consolidate debts etc (a bit of a mess but it's being sorted) so in April I sent forms off to Barclays to complain about this as she was retired in 2003. She received a letter today offering £500 compensation good will as they have no records as it was so long ago. I have sent them copies of the schedule and agreement.
How can they have no records of the loan is this just a stalling tactic or is it really too old?
Advice and thoughts appreciated
