I have another CC which doesn't have PPI on so I obviously don't actively look for the option of with or without.
yes alot of forms were to opt out and not in........ Ticked or not ticked if the ppi wasnt suited it was mis-sold dont be put off, you have just got to go the long way roundGood Luck

(Se that word?!)
HFC written today to say they are upholding a friends claim I placed for him, no word on how much as they are yet to calculate but its a start (should be substantial - 2 x HFC and 1 x Beneficial! - all from at least 5 years ago so 8% ought to be a sum worth having)

Could you post up details of the loans from your recent success please.

Many thanks
My Credit Card is 13 years old and I have estimated the PPI premiums to be around £3,500.
I just hope they apply the interest in the same way yours did as my APR is nearly 30% :cool:I'm a secret crime fighter0
