    Loan PPL £3766.75
    LloydsTSB
First letter sent in January 2011
    FOB was involved
Letter received today from LloydsTSB saying they will be paying £4681.82 into my bank account (this broken down is £3766.75 plus 8% interest plus £57.00 Consequential loss!)
I'm quite surprised at how quick this has been!

Am I right in syaing there may have been a tick box on the aplication form to opt out of PPI, and just because I didn't tick it doesn't mean I can't claim back.

I have another CC which doesn't have PPI on so I obviously don't actively look for the option of with or without.
