That's no problem Marko - per chance, have any of your letters included the wording

" we want to ensure any potential redress paid to you is correct & this may take a little time " ?

If so, I think this may be rather significant. When did you put your complaint in with LLoyds TSB?

really ive had that x6 lol :rotfl:

Hi All, I'm new to all this but having finally got angry with the credit card companies, I've decided to try and get some hard earned money back.
I've been reading the guidence and just wanted to check - when I click on reclaim letter, it takes me to the questionaire. Is it this that I fill in and send? Do I send it to my credit card company and if so what address do I use? Sorry to seem so green but there's just so much to read here and I want to get this ball rolling.

    Hi Diz and welcome

Yes that is correct, the reclaim questionnaire on step 3, send to the ones responsible, the complaints dept or head office, post by recorded delivery and allow 8 weeks, also keep copies for yourself as well, good luck on your reclaiming.;)

No they have basically said the claim was affected by the judicial review, and they have until 31st aug now. No mention of making sure the redress is correct. it was march 28th i sent the letter and questionnaire to them. i have e-mailed a few times but with no reply.

    Hi there, welcome,

There is plenty of experience on this site...and if you have read posts just today, many are enjoying success having their claims upheld.

You are right to use the questionnaire...and send it to your cc company.

The true experts, Di, Amersall and others are fab at supplying addresses, ( postal and e mail) and tackling any other queries....

    Good luck!:)
