Still waiting for the damn email from the Adjudicator.
Why do I get the feeling I won't get it today?? Hmmm
He did say this afternoon, but here's hoping.
Is that from the FOS?
Does anyone have any idea on timescale for decisions that have been rejected and referred to the FOS? (Incase my sneaky suspicion that i will get a rejection comes true) i understand they will have quite a back log.Carpe Diem0 -

Hi Marko - be persistent with Lloyds TSB. I submitted a complaint with them re Credit card PPI 5th May, and received the usual correspondence etc, the latter of which was the 31st August deadline. On the advice of Ammersal, Di, Marksman et al, I emailed the CEO every couple of days after receiving this letter, until I got a final upheld offer letter last week for nearly £5,300..
I am certain it got me off their backs! Mannerly, but persistent is the way to go I think..
best of luck to you & everyone waiting for what is rightly yours!
Alan

That's no problem Marko - per chance, have any of your letters included the wording
" we want to ensure any potential redress paid to you is correct & this may take a little time " ?
If so, I think this may be rather significant. When did you put your complaint in with LLoyds TSB?0
