Had confirmation from Tesco, Santander and Lombard (RBS) yesterday that they are all upholding my complaints!!! Out of the 6 I have complained to, 5 have been upheld, still waiting on BOS, but they have told me that I have to wait until September for a response!!

So happy!! Mr Martin Lewis should be knighted!!!

Hello, Fellow Money Savers. I think (actually i know) Me and my Fiancee have been misold PPI on Loan, Credit Cards Etc. I have a few questions which i hope someone on here can answer. If not all then one or two.

1. Can i of had it mis-sold on my Mortgage?
2. What happens to my relationship with the bank after this?
3. How can i find out if iv'e had it mis-sold?
4. How do i begin going about claiming it back?

I've read the breakdown from this site, but can't get my head around it, i dont wanna use a company to sort it for me.

I seem to be waiting for ever for lombard direct loan ppi to be resolved. So this gives me some hope. Hopefully they will now have their act together! Well done, happy spending!!!!!!:beer:

Ill get u the outfit as long as u have the light sabre to go with it, or is it saber and i have just done a mass injustice and brought on an early divorce spelling it wrong???:eek:

I did get one of those " heres all your info" things from halifax a while back which i paid a tenner for i think when this all started, will all the fees be in there?

Hello there

And yes to my knowledge you can make a reclaim on mortgage ppi if mis sold, but I would ask dunstonh for more advice on this one and how to complain.

All other complaints in regards of loans and credit cards ppi, if mis sold then all you do is complete the reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, send to the ones responsible, head office or complaints, allow 8 weeks - although they may ask for more time due to backlogs.
Remember to keep completed copies in case you need to go back to them at some point.
