    Awesome result :T

Any info on the loans themselves?

That last one must have either been a large one or an old one.

    Hi there

I've just had success with Natwest involving a consolidation chain (3 loans) going back to 1997.

My advice is go for it if it was mis-sold and keep at them via emails to CEO until you beat them into submission.... That's what I did :j

How Long did the process take?

Great news, congratulations. How long did it take for you to receive your money? I currently have a complaint with Natwest since May this year and just wondering how long I will be waiting to hear from them?

Been reading with interest the debate on Debenhams cards recently. Dug out some old info and found that I had PPI for 7 years. I was self employed when I took this out and had specific sickness, injury cover in place at the time. Have sent off the questionnaire and am waiting for the response.

Also sent off a questionnaire for HSBC for a £10,000 loan as I remember being specifically told that I would not get the loan without it, even though I was employed with good sickness cover.

Be interested to find out what anyone would think my chances would be in both cases.

    Thanks in advance

Wishing you luck on your reclaims, and hopefully you will get luck with both, fingers crossed.;)

I've not had any dealings with them myself, but sure someone will post up of their own experience who have had made reclaims with them, good luck.

    Hi there

Bang in the claims straight away! The Debenhams may be difficult as the policy seemingly covers everything including self employment and all existing medical conditions. My claim is currently with the FOS awaiting a test case to claim against the underwriter.

You should have a quicker time against HSBC and I was successful with them last week.

    Good luck:T
