    Hi Di

it actually went as far as waiting to be allocated an Ombudsman. Lloyds rejected the adjudicators decision in December, so i was suprised to receive this letter saying that they have now overturned their original decision. Thought it would have gone all the way.

    Hi hon
Ask the FOS about the further compo, they should be able to confirm.;)

It's good news though and if they had upheld it from the start then there would have been no inconvenience, and in my opinion it have caused both distress and inconvenience, where-as you should be entitled to the further redress x:)

    Hi there BeverleyKim

Firstly, it's great to see that Santander are paying out for Debenhams claims but if the complaint criteria are the same, why are they paying out selectively or is it perhaps my claim is rather large and they are only paying out smaller claims. The FOS indicated that it could takes a while to progress my claim as it stands or falls on lead cases being ruled upon first. Santander or GE Capital will never have the pleasure of taking any more money from my sticky little mitts again so I guess that's a small loss for them. I hope Joe enlightens us how to be successful againt Santander, come on Joe or I'll get Jedi Jim to make you tell us:rotfl:so he will!

Can't understand how they're being so selective, really p**sing me off!
Where do we go from here?

Well done!! That sounds abouts right for Welcome/FSCS. I received my refund into my bank account and the letter followed about 5 days later!

    Hiya

Well done on your Monument Success!

Its standard now for the reclaim questionnaires, so if you've send in a letter of reclaim they tend to send out the questionnaire's.

I expect you are aware of the backlog and the FSA have given the main of the banks more time to deal with these complaints, but if it's been some time, keep chasing them, good luck.

Thanks for that, since writing this I spoke to MBNA about why it taking so long and the lady was so very apologetic and understood my concerns.....Yeah Yeah Yeah, anyway I told here I first made my complaint on 14th May and nearly 10 weeks on I still haven't even got close to an offer. She told me to send the Questionnaire in and she would get on to it next week with a view to getting me there final offer, but couldn't give dates as they are so busy. SHE HAS TILL THE END OF NEXT WEEK!

I have had the card for approx 12 years and recently been paying £35.00 a month for PPI, hopefully a good pay out is due! Fingers Crossed!
