Gave them 28days (see I can be patient :rotfl:) then emailed again..
This time email said response by 15th July...
Lies all lies ... Postie just been... nothing from Nastywest ...
Just fired off another email stating I want response via email by close of business 17:00 hrs today!!!! Also not to insult my intelligence by saying "it's in the post"... told them to scan it and add as attachment to email...

Oh and if I didn't mention it before Nastywest tell lies!!!!

:T:T:T WELL DONE TO ALL OF TODAY'S WINNERS :T:T:T

I would have told them you are about to contact the FSA with a copy of the emails you received as you don't feel you've been treated fairly, maybe that would make them shift.;)

    Good luck honey x:)

I believe that Egg and Citifinancial are part of the same company, and both seem to be by far the worst to deal with as neither of them provide any response at all.
Egg are doing good at the moment :D i posted that Egg were part of citi so that may help some on here.

More Egg wins to come i am sure ,just hang fire :D
Citi :mad: not even worth talking about.

    Hi,

I didn't post about my claim earlier but i thought i would share the news now.

8 weeks ago i decided to try and reclaim my PPI payments back due to feeling I had been sold PPI when i didn't need it, due to having salary cover through my mortgage. I did mention this at the time of the application but was told that as the loan was for £25k it would be favourable if i took out the PPI to make sure the amount was agreed.

This morning i was sent a refund for just over £12k

Thought i would let you know.

    Thanks for your help

    J

Wow, seem to be a few over £10k at the moment. :D

How annoying :mad: so you was probably right then?
    The muppets!

Well I would ask them to treat this as a June complaint anyway, good luck.;)

    Thanks.

Customer services said I had better fill in the new form as that is what he would do if it was him wanting money back from Barclays.

But couldn't really tell me anymore, did lots of pointing errors out in there letters, lets hope it speeds them up, or off to the FOS.

With reference to my previous emails regarding my complaint for mis sell of ppi.
I have had no response from Egg regarding these,i would have thought an aknowledgement at the very least would have been sent.

I would expect a company to treat their customers in a fair and appropriate manner, i feel this is not the case.

If i do not hear from you within the next 7 days i will have no option but to let the FOS deal with this.
    Does this help?.
