With reference to my previous emails regarding my complaint for mis sell of ppi.
I have had no response from Egg regarding these,i would have thought an aknowledgement at the very least would have been sent.
I would expect a company to treat their customers in a fair and appropriate manner, i feel this is not the case.
If i do not hear from you within the next 7 days i will have no option but to let the FOS deal with this.
Does this help?.
Yep brilliant, thank you!0 -
Hi All.
Congrats to all today who got a result :j:j
I today contacted Barclays regarding a letter sent to me yesterday asking for a PPI form to be sent in.
I pointed out that I had already done so and that is how my complaint was started, but he said the one sent to me must have a reference on it, to which I replied it did not.I then suggested they had lost my original paperwork and he said POSSIBLY.
So I have sent a new form and a copy of original and all correspondance to date.
Are they stalling or do they lose important documents on a regular basis.

they are very good at losing things apart from their bonuses!
Mmmmmmm............. No surprise there then:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim

- What were you reclaiming: Loan PPI
- Who was the provider: Nationwide
- How much did you get back: £737.81 PPI + £314.76 8% interest total = £1,052.57
- Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: PPI questionnaire sent 10/05/11
- And then write your brief reclaim tale: Many thanks to all of those that provided much needed support and advice on this fantastic forum. The amount has wiped out all debt with this provider! Three complaints upheld to date - another one in the system (fingers crossed).
Wonderful :T:j Congratulations! and the best of luck on the other.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Well done again!:T it's all falling into place now, Congrats!:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi,
I didn't post about my claim earlier but i thought i would share the news now.
8 weeks ago i decided to try and reclaim my PPI payments back due to feeling I had been sold PPI when i didn't need it, due to having salary cover through my mortgage. I did mention this at the time of the application but was told that as the loan was for £25k it would be favourable if i took out the PPI to make sure the amount was agreed.
This morning i was sent a refund for just over £12k
Thought i would let you know.
Thanks for your help
