Just received another letter form my husbands credit card provider. MBNA. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you; however, our investigations are taking longer than anticipated. We will issue a response by 19th July

Is this just another standard delay letter:mad:

Quick update on mine

Still no response from the Co-Op over then the normal letter- even rung them chasing it to be told we are very busy dealing with these claims and will advise you as soon as we can

And still silance from Virgin??? Tried ringing them and the Loan number says they only work 9-5!!! Bloody useless company and as I ahve had no response from them to my letter at all for over 2 weeks is there anything I can do?:(

Hi, still nothing from Cap 1. Sent it off to Ombudsman so probably have to wait a while now. All of my claims are more less the same Need more time or Still investigating.

OMG..i am totally past myself...rang central trust again this morning to ask if my case had been signed off.. a lovely girl called lindsay explained it should be back today & she will email the response straight to me, and if i dont understand anything or if there are any problems i can call them back..she said there are about 5 pages!!! Does this sound good??...I never slept a wink last night as i am so nervous!!!

i have been awaiting a decision from hfc and finally got one today saying that they have only part upheld my claim so i have been offered the ppi payments made plus 8% interest. Does this sound right? i only ask as i got alot more from my tesco credit card in interest?
