Oh hope so mrs!! It's terrible...it's extortion - that is what i put in my letter!! It's strange as at the time i didn't even think about that...it shouldn't be allowed!! I am hoping they will give me a refund and restructure the loan...do you think that is what would happen if i was successful?
I have left you a message on ellemae's blog, as i thought it was you saying you have waited 3 years with the FOS...i haven't got the hang of this yet but i soon will!! xx

Yes they should restructure your loan to lower monthly repayments, by deducting off the PPI, and refund what you have paid, and interest etc.

Oh you will soon get the hand of it.:D;) cheers xx

Thank you amersall!! Oh i am sooo excited!! I don't want to get too over whelmed just in case, as i never seem to have any luck...hopefully, this will change very soon!! Yes, your right, very, very costly policy that we didn't need as we have private policies in place and very good employee sickness benefits also, which covers us. The lady said i should hear by the end of the week as it will be signed off today/tomorrow, so you guys will be the first to know...thank you..keep fingers & toes crossed for me!! :j xx
Fingers and everything else crossed :D:D this should be a win :j:j

    Hi All
    I had a loan with Abbey national(Santander)
I have always rejected any insurance on things like, tv's etc...
So I thought there would be no way I had PPI on my loan. After seeing Martin on TV, I thought, "well he did say it's only a stamp" So I sent a letter. £10k over 5 years
Four weeks later I get an offer for £939.
    Couldn't believe it.
Thank you Martin & your team.
