Hi All
I had a loan with Abbey national(Santander)
I have always rejected any insurance on things like, tv's etc...
So I thought there would be no way I had PPI on my loan. After seeing Martin on TV, I thought, "well he did say it's only a stamp" So I sent a letter. £10k over 5 years
Four weeks later I get an offer for £939.
Couldn't believe it.
Thank you Martin & your team.0 -

Is this just another standard delay letter:mad::D:D:D hang on in there

Did you consolidate the first loan into the second or are they seperate loans?.
You only get ppi that you have paid to date back,so depending on when your account was passed over, this would be the date from which you would not have contributed a lot to the ppi.
The loans will be reset thereby taking the total ppi off both loan balances, so they will reduce by that amount, the ppi you have paid to date will be refunded with interest and as you are in arrears this will come off your balances also.
Yes I did consolidate. I showed my friend your reply and she explained it to me so I get it now. Thank you for your reply.
Now gotta take on Santander for rejecting my claim for an old Evans Storecard. In email comms with them right now!:j:j:j MY PPI JOURNEY :j:j:j
NATWEST BANK £12,426.51, BARCLAYCARD £4,161.76, MBNA £3,034.23, TESCO £458.020 -
