  • you would of thought you would of heard of a lot of successes but alls a little too quiet!

hoping it wasnt a pr stunt to give them some positive press and stop the public from kicking off

I have been thinking the same have had the same standard letter from Barclaycard that they would be in touch with us before 31st August . But too tell you the truth I would off thought there would off been alot off success stories if there working through the backlog off complaints . I sent my letter to MBNA same day as I sent my Barclaycard and MBNA have made an offer this week .

    Hi Nanna

To what I am aware it would be Santander, but hopefully someone will clarify on this.

    Good luck x;)

Oh please don't say that, started my FP claim last Oct and got the standard third letter on 18th June, stating they be offering a gesture of goodwill no later than the 31st Aug and that a letter would follow to explain the gesture. Anyone had this explanation of gesture letter yet?
