Thanks my darlings :A:A
That is 6/6 success with Lloyds now, not bad going is it?:T
And that is without the other successes, Nemo, Liverpool Victoria, Eloans/Twopart etc.
And still have one case ongoing though which is complexed and in with the FOS and have been going on since 2008 but will keep fighting :T:beer:

Cheers ears:D:D
Hi hon:D
An email will do no harm and they may give you an idea on what sort of timescale your looking at, so go on send them an email, see what they have to say.
Fingers crossed.:j:D;) xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hello everyone, im a long time reader but a first time poster. Im currently awaiting a response from black horse regarding 9 seperate loans dating back to 2001. I only started the claim after i realised that i had paid £26200 for ppi over 10 years.
Has anyone heard of any sucses with blackhorse??
It has just got to the 8 week stage this week, and ive recieved 9 letters telling me that they are only just begining to look at my my claims, Do i just sit and wait now??
Also does anyone have any email contacts for anyone at black horse?? Im sick of phoning them and getting no where, i can vent my frustration better in an email. Thanks to everyone in advance for any help.0 -
Well done Di, i will let you know i get on with Nemo (norton)

Hi there
Try sitting it out now if you can, but I am aware BH email address could be the same as Lloyds, you could email them to check, in this case the CEO would be the same as well.
Give it a go and see what they have to say, good luck.

A bit disappointed with Halifax, just rang as it is 8 weeks since my claim went in and they are telling me that they are still dealing in date order with October claims:eek: and a letter of my options is in the post, does anyone know what that means, "my options" ? Yet a friend of mine heard from the Nationwide with in 6 weeks, her claim went in the same time my claim went in. Maybe Halifax needs more staff, lol.0

Hi there
Sorry to hear of the messing around.
The FSA have apparently given banks longer to deal with complaints because of the backlog, so if yours is one of the ones that have been with them the longest they aim to deal with them in date of order, check the link below this may help.

The letter of options would be that you could either wait, or complain to the FOS I expect, but I would sit it out, the longer you wait that interest will add up and I'm sure it will be one in your favour or you would have heard by now, that is my personal opinion anyway.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
