    How long should I wait to chase Lloyds tsb I sent the questionaaire off on 31.05.11 - and as of yet not heard anything!!!

    They should send an acknowledgement normally within a week or 2, give it until the end of the week and email them here if you hear nothing by then, good luck.

    They do normally then have 8 weeks from the date they receive your complaint to deal with it.

  • Phoned, MBNA who said i needed proof of my employment from the tax office, phoned tax office who said their records didn't go back beyond 2005, but they'd put a request into archives. so thought i may as well send an e-mail to MBNA using the wording from your letter. Got an e-mail back today less than 3 weeks later and without the tax office getting back to me.

    Total amount of PPI premiums charged since sale date: £779.37
    Total amount of interest associated with the PPI premiums: £328.18
    8% amount: £179.02
    Total amount payable to you: £1,286.57 :beer:

    Just wondering what the best email address maybe to contact the Halifax regarding a ppi miss selling complaint I initiated a while ago ?

  • hi every1...to cut a long story short, started my claim in dec 2009, adjudicator ruled in my favour in dec 2010 but ge money appealed against the decision :( june 2011 and still heard nothing from the ombudsman

    my question is does anyone know how long the appeal process takes?

    :beer:lloyds tsb have upheld my 2 claims, one from july 98 and one from july 99, i put my inital complaint in on may 4th. thank you everyone for your advice on here:j:j:j

    Hi I have some claims ongoing with BOS/HFC/GE money/JD williams
    I have had letters from them all sating the standard will look into this.
    Some dating from Begining of may.
    Rang BOS three times and they were really offish.
    Is it ok for me to ring these people to find out what is happening.
    I feel in limbo sent off the template to all of these, so I have followed the correct procedure, does any one have the e-mail address for the CEOs seems that people get a response if they do that, please help:(:(
