my question is does anyone know how long the appeal process takes?
Thanks
Hi there
I would contact the FOS at least once a month to ask for updates, you should not be waiting as long as you did when waiting to be passed on to the first adjudicator, and I am aware because of this, the ombudsman should also award if also came to the same decision as the adjudicator, a further redress payment for inconvenience and distress, hope you hear something soon, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks my darlings :A:A
That is 6/6 success with Lloyds now, not bad going is it?:T
And that is without the other successes, Nemo, Liverpool Victoria, Eloans/Twopart etc.
And still have one case ongoing though which is complexed and in with the FOS and have been going on since 2008 but will keep fighting :T:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
