:money:I've just return my Acceptance form back to Northern Rock for £5178, I can't believe it, and it's all down to Martin Lewis and the regulars on here "Dizzy Di" and "Robbedofmymoney" they have advised me well so "thank you Guys".

It does say on the form that I have to let Inland Revenue know as it could be Taxable ?? Does anyone know anything about this ??

Di kindly gave me email address for CEO of MBNA and I have had a letter this morning signed by the Vice President. They have upheld my complaint and offered me all PPI payments plus associated interest, plus 8% - £2027.54.
Although I have never been late with a payment they say they are clearing my card balance and sending me the remainder by cheque. As I am using any PPI refunds to clear my cards I wont complain at that.
Great start to the weekend. So far have won 5 mis-sell complaints and had an offer from Nat West credit card which I have asked them to reconsider. 8 outstanding to hear from.

No it wasn't. Original complaint sent 4th March but they kept giving me a reply date and not then replying.

Newbie here!, Hi everyone. I have recently joined the PPI reclaiming club and have just been offered my first refund for the full premium plus interest, 1 down 13 claims to go!
Loan was with Santander when it was Cahoot, got a response and offer within 2 weeks of sending the original complaint letter! Success is blessed upon me!!

Gonna keep up the pressure until all that is owed is repayed..Yippee

    What were you reclaiming:Loan PPI
Who was the provider: Was Cahoot, Now Santander
How much did you get back: £843
Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: After a letter
And then write your brief reclaim tale: Though I would give a letter a go and contact Santander, after a very short two weeks, I received an offer letter for my premiums and interest on £5000 loan. Very happy with the result other claims already in anybody had any responses from Capital One?
    Money Saving-Reclaiming-And Won!!!:j:j:j:j:j

    £33,000 refunded!!! :j:j:j:j:j

after hearing today somebody getting offer letter from mbna emailed ceo to ask if there was update on my complaint been with them since 20th september2010 and on hold since.told him i didn't know how his company was dealing with ppi complaints since people were getting offer letters with complaints that had just been put into them told him it was a shambles!
girl emailed me from him saying letter posted today with decission and she would try and get case officer to email content of letter which he did 5 minutes later

Result upheld my complaint all premiums back plus interest at 8% total £422.18 not bad as it was a credit card for small amount about time MBNA got their backside in gear hope rest follow shortly

Friday must be my lucky day last friday got £5899.27 from rbs!!
thats me won 4 complaints totaling £8483.71 cash in my pocket total off loans still running £7769.72
4 down just 9 to go 2 with adjudicator one with ombusman

don't give up keep phoning and pestering these companies till you get a result and off to fos if result is a no.
