    Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone has had a response from F Plus. Since receiving my third letter at the begining of Dec 2010, stating my claim was on hold until the the JR, I have heard nothing, although they stated they would keep me updated!
Any advice whether I should chase F Plus or just go to FOS.
    Many Thanks,
    Trigspur
Hi there, give them a ring and ask them for an update.
If you take this to FOS you may have to wait up to a year or longer.

When my son made a reclaim complaint, he sent it to GE and it was then referred to Santander, he was successful.
So I assume its these you would then pursue, hopefully someone will clarify on this one.
But if this is the case, give Santander a ring or call into a local branch, they may check anything you need to know....account numbers etc etc.
    Good luck.

So here's hoping for more complaints to be settled by banks, they have stalled enough already, surely enough is enough now.

Fingers crossed to all still waiting and to customers now making a start on their complaints.

Hi we actually requested PPI and when the time to claim came, (I had a stroke) they would not pay due to the small print ie there wasnt death, then when again my husband was made redundant, can we still claim the PPI back due to the policy not doing what they said it would?

    Hi there

It seems the policy was worthless to you, so I would have a go.

More details below, reclaim questionnaire, complete and send to the ones who set up the account, head office of complaints dept, keep copies and allow 8 weeks for a decision, good luck.

Still not heard anything from LLoyds. It's only been one week since they acknowledged my letter, but i'm soooo impatient. Everytime the letter box rattles I go running!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I don't think it's helped as the success stories are few and far between at the moment. :( Maybe the banks are snowed under with all the complaints?
