    Supercard is dead.

2.99% is absolutely outrageous. The old Cash Passport Globes only charge 1.49% and FairFX with their 1.4% + £1 ATM will be cheaper for any withdrawal over £65!

    And then there's Clarity...

Clarity for purchases, Caxton now cheaper than Fairfx for ATMs

    What a joke.
It's biggest advantage was the ability to withdraw cash at ATMs.

Not for me (and I suspect countless others)

The Biggest advantage is that I can link it to to my FF credit card so I get the Points without the huge commission and awful exchange rate the FF card has.

Just hope they have fixed the intermittent problems of it being declined.

And who in their right mind withdraws oodles of cash to spend abroad?

I have the N&P for the very rare occasions I need cash

Well it's a completely different card provider now so I doubt there will be the same problems.

I too mainly used it for ATM withdrawals, so I'm really disappointed that it's changed its fees. They tweeted me to say that most people used it for purchases, after I complained to them.

Me too. I am now looking for a second card to compliment my Clarity Card abroad. Any suggestions? Has anyone had experience with Creation Everyday Credit Card or MBNA Everyday Plus American Express Credit Card?

Ill probably still use it, Don't want another credit card, if Halifax would even give me it, so its still a better option than prepaid,

People who travel to places where cards are not commonly accepted?

I have both and they work well. The Amex card is not so widely accepted as Visa or Mastercard for purchases but can be used in most ATMs in my experience.
