I assume you also lost the claim form? Call them and explain. They will send another form within a week and hopefully will produce a substitute cheque - though you have been extremely careless!!0

Pm me please if you have a theory and don't want the info public!
I dont think there is a specific time.
I believe the way it works is:
Say they have to sell 1000 voda contracts by a specific date to get them a bonus.
3 days to go and they have only sold 800.
They then go all out - giving better deals to get the last 200 sales.
Once they have sold the 1000 they pull the offer back to normal offer.
Only my theory.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
They seem to be towards the end of the month, but not every month. Keep looking on their website and not just on the front page. Also look on here http://www.hotukdeals.com/mobiles/deals/new0

I have the claim form but I mislaid the cheque somewhere.

I have today now done this for a 2nd time, now I have ported my contract in to a PAYT then MIGRATED the PAYT No in to the new contract.
I spoke to a very helpful chap in Voda porting who was prepared to swap my (ex-Voda-contract) PAYT number with my new contract number, UNTIL I told him that it was a M2YD contract.
He then said
a) He would only carry out the swap if the request came from the dealer (and that sometimes they do)
b) the swap would involve restarting the contract, which would probably invalidate the cashback
nicole136, do you know if either of your number swaps have involved restarting the contract (I presume this means the contract then runs for 12 months from the date of the swap?)0 -
No you dial 0808 0945 945 and press option to move your PAYT No to your contract NO
Its called migrating I have done it twice and it does not involve restarting contract or effect the commision paid to the dealer
A Lady called margaret in Garlands did it for me yesterday takes about 20 mins for the No to switch over. I also did it last Novemeber with my hubbys phone. First cashback is due to be paid in may but M2YD have written to me to say it will not affect my cashback.
If you restart your contract it would definately affect your cashback but this way does not:j  :j0 -

Many thanks. I got through to porting by asking to be put through from 191 on contract phone, so maybe different dept. I'll try the number you've given.
When you make your cashback claim, how will you prove to M2YD that it's the same contract that you took out with them?0 -
account number i suppose and a copy of the first bill with the original no. M2YD have written to me and said it will not affect my cashback claim but until i receive my cheques I cant guarantee that it wont.:j  :j0
