I am not surprised - OSPS are part of CPW!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Actually they are E2Save, which is part of cpw. Enough said! Lol!0

It says in the terms and conditions that the claim form will be sent to me within 30 days of my first claim period. Sounds quite handy because I can just wait for the form to come through.
Just gave them a call to check when the first claim period was and they said it was in the middle of August so I should already have received my claim form. I still have 14 days to claim so they say I should still be OK when I get the claim form.
The T&C sounds a bit backwards to me. Normally it's about the customer sending the form at the right time, being responsible for delivery, etc. but they've put themselves under that pressure instead.0 -
You have been extremely careless. No-one should ever sign up to a cashback deal without understanding everything in detail first. You should have established all that 7 months ago or you'll end up being the one "under pressure"!0

Looking to get a cashback contract on T-Mobile and have a few questions...
1. I already have a contract with T-Mobile (not through M2YD). Will this affect my cashback claim in any way?
2. Am I free to not use the supplied handset at all and sell/give it to someone else?
Thanks in advance!0 -
1) No - apart from potentially starting with a combined bill.
2) Yes
Read and follow the groundrules - asking such questions suggests a certain lack of knowledge!0 -
I couldn't find this posted anywhere here or in the terms and conditions which is why I posted here.mobilejunkie wrote: »1) Yes - apart from potentially starting with a combined bill.

So does that mean they will refuse to pay cashback because I have a combined bill? That was my question.0 -
It wasn't actually, but my first "yes" should have been a "no" - and has now been changed accordingly! No.0

Lol thanks for that!0

I understand that M2YD will send me a cashback claim during my claim period.
Within 30 days of your first redemption period, a claim form will be sent to your address.
If I don't receive the form I'll simply take them to court and say that I wasn't able to meet their terms since they didn't send me a form. They'll have to prove that they sent the form.0
