Both my husband and I did this 12 mth cash back deal.( I just got my last cheque)
My husband got his redemption form with his phone etc. I did not , panicked , called , and was on hold ages ++++ however as promised I got the form 3wks prior to the first redemption date.
Both of us send a copy of the latest bill ( which is always the month prior to the date ), have sent it via recorded delivery and within 2 wks got our cheques.
My husband has done a few redemption deals and found this one the most straight forward and transparent. He did one with Boots and the dates etc were not as clear.

madgpol, i am surprised that you received your claim first form with your new order. i took 2 new phones last month and none had a claim form. i immediately emailed them but they said that they will send it 30 days before the first claim date. i then emailed again after some time and they said they are posting it and i should receive in a week, but i am still waiting after 2-3 weeks. i have emailed them again but have been waiting for a response for 3 days.
pksaraf,
I understand your frustration but 1 thing I have learnt about M2YD is that they do not seem to deal with everyone in the same way. For example, My first cashback form, on my first contract, did not arrive until shortly before the claim was due. The second time around, as already stated, has already been received 1 week after the contract started.
Make a note of when your first claim is due and start contacting them 1 month before. In the meantime make sure you keep all paperwork you receive.
PM me if you need my specific claim dates to assist you with yours.

Just received my 1st cashback cheque. My claim date was 20th July and sent claim on 15th August with my bill dated 25th July, as was away on holiday until 10th August.
Reading some of the posts was abit concerned that claim maybe rejected as never sent my 25th June bill, but my understanding was that as i sent claim on 15th August my latest bill was the 25th July bill & thankfully claim was accepted.
Along with my cheque i received ny 2nd claim form for which claim date is 18th September. Its my understanding that if i send claim between 18-24 September will need to send my 25th August bill, however if i claim 25th September will need to send 25th Septemeber bill with claim form.
Hope this helps people!0 -
Got all my claims fine and after a week or two of sending the claim, the only one that took a while was the first but a few chase up calls got that2p off is still 2p off!0

Is an online bill ok, I changed back to paper bills in time to send my cashback claim last week, but Vodafone sent me an itemised bill, which I don't want, just a front cover bill.0

Should be ok. Itemised billing with Vodafone is at least free so nothing lost!0

Like aamir03, I've received my first cashback after sending the bill after the claim date.
I've received another claim form with the cheque, but it states Claim 1 of 4 again rather then claim 2 of 4.
Does everyones claim form state claim 2 of 4 ?0 -
Don't worry about it. It happens but won't affect your claim.0

My final cashback cheque arrived today (end of a 12 month deal). Just thought I'd add my name to the list of happy customers.0

I sent off my 1st cashback claim on 1st Sept 2nd class recorded delivery, RM online confirmed it was delivered on 3rd Sept and I received my cheque today. This is much quicker than with OSPS.0
