I just want to sing the praises of a lady called Laura Dudley from phones4u/mobiles2yourdoor after phoning yesterday being a little worried as I'd never received any of my cash back claim forms for two vodaphone contracts.

She apologised and said that I only had 9 days left to make my claim and as there seemed to be an error on their part with the forms not being sent out, if I emailed her my latest bill she would get the details forwarded to the relevant department so I didn't loose out.

Details duly emailed, email personally acknowledged by Laura as promised, only minutes later and she did exactly as she said and even emailed me this morning just after 8am to say my cash back claims for both accounts had been successful and she will personally send out the claim forms for the next claims and gave me the dates they are due.

Cheque due to me in 10 days.

Laura your a star and worth your weight in gold to your employer!

Thank you so much and yes I will find someway of letting your boss know just what you have done.

I am very confused at the mobiles2yourdoor site, because no one there can tell me what I would be getting for my money! I want to go for their Orange Panther £45 Mobile Internet - 18 months deal with £175 cashback, but they cannot tell me what my monthly data download would be. Can anyone here help?

My wifes claim date is the 15th Aug,Should she be sending the JULY bill or wait until the 23rd when she will get the August bill. She has rung M2YD 3 times and gets different answers.
From what we have read we should be sending the present bill ie: july

You send the latest bill you have at the claim date - so in your case, July.
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)

Same thing happened to me - I didn't receive the claim forms and when I rang up they said there must have been a mistake and that I only had 5 days left so should email my bill to them. I rang to confirm the claim had gone through a few days later and was told yes and the cheque would arrive in 28 days - that was over 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Have tried calling customer services but can't get through.

oh dear, prepare for a fight, as 'you' haven't kept to their t&c's.

I did say 'you' in inverted commas as it clearly wasn't your fault (although waiting until 5 days before is a bit lax).

Keep phoning, and keep a record of each call attempt, as you might need it in your MCOL legal route (aka Small claims Court).

Write a letter, send it recorded delivery, and search the forums for the MD of the Company (I forget who it is) and e-mail them directly, asking for assistance, it usually pays dividends to go to the top.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

I'm so sorry to hear that. I was so lucky with Laura, she organised everything for me and I had my cheques for not just one claim but the second one too within a week as they processed my first and second claim from the same bill as it was their fault I never received the forms.

Laura also organised the next set of claim forms to be sent out to me, and infact it triggered the first, second and third set of claim forms to be sent out within days of each other even though I'd been paid for the first and second claim.

She as in Laura, really did go above and beyond her job for me and I'll be eternally grateful to her for a long time.

If you read my post properly you will see I'm singing the girls praises and without her I'd no doubt be fighting for my cashback but thanks to her everything went smoothly as promised and I'm now £200 better off!
