none here...
even though was told on 15/02/08 claim was successful, chased chq on 1st apr told problem with printer and it would be 14-21days, but 2nd claim form would be sent, they sent 1st claim form so phoned again on friday and told that chq was printed on the 1st and 2nd claim form would be with that.
Still waiting!
DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL PEEPS START TO GET CHQS0 -
I'm about to go down the MCOL route anyway - but was just curious if they'd tried to fob anyone off with a cheque for £48 when they were due £120The thanks button is here to the right. Not sure why people are overly concerned. As long as you follow the t&c send a LBA and sue if required. Simple recipe - same as cpw companies. So far so good on mine - though not received my first claim cheque yet and donp;t expect to for another 2-4 weeks. I'll be ready to follow in Sid's footsteps but actually not really expecting to have to. Time will tell! Good game! Lol!0

I think they'll wake up and smell the burning banknotes when my MCOL gets there... as others will be instigating the same procedures if they don't start coughing up the dough! The thanks button is here to the right. t & C have been followed and they have not paid up. You should not have to go through the hassle of having to take legal action to get money which is yours.
As said earlier I submitted my first claim on 05/02/08 and I am still awaiting a chq, even though I had confirmation on the 15/02/08 that the claim was successful. I am not on my own and know of several other people who are in the same position.
I would advise anyone now NOT TO USE this company until the position is rectified.0 -
I don't mind a little fun with them. After all, I am doing very nicely from them and now they won't win if they play. Anyone not preapred to enforce should avoid any cashback deal with any company - I have been warning people on many threads for a LONG time in that sense. However, I am quite happy with my situation/position with them and will certainly go for more.0

agree with you there mj - your understand the rules (read the fine print), make sure you've got action replay available for after the game is played (i.e. copies of everything), and if they cheat and you can't appeal to the best-side of their captain (LBA), you bring in MCOL the ref to look at the replays
So I guess noone else here has got any money out of them yet then...The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Nope, still waiting for my first cheque  ! Strange thing is, I haven't had any post for 4 days which is kind of unusual  !0

Sid, who are you doing your LBA letter to.
Are you doing it against mobiles2yourdoor or are you going against phones4u.
I'm thinking about sending an LBA at some point, but just wondering who the other party is.
