Im having huge probs with the cashback
I sent my 1st claim to them on the 05/02/08 and todate this has not been paid.
I phoned them yesterday to be told that they have a printer problem and that is why chqs have not been sent. No further chqs are being done for at least 2 weeks, but they would send me my next claim form as th\at is due now.
Is anyone else having problems...by the way I also had confirmation on 15/02/08 that I had claimed correctly and everything is in order.
Getting cheesed off with the company as CS is very poor.0 -

take a look at this thread on hotuk deals, a few of us are having the same problem.
I ventured onto this board to see if similar reports where happening here.
What do I find...that people are getting paid and were being messed about.
I note a few people from 4 pages back are having probs with chqs not being rec'd.
Please could people post either way if you have submitted a first claim from Feb 08 onwards.
Please let us all know if:-
You have had a chq and 2nd claim form with out any probs and approximate date rec'd
As said earlier, I have had to chase, still not had the chq and still awaiting 2nd claim form.
Told claim form would be sent yesterday, but due to printer prob chq would be another 14-21days....I was informed claim was succesful 15/02/08:mad:0 -
I have not received my claim form and it is now less that 30 days before I receive my 6 month bill. Don't know what they are playing at! Just fired off an email to them so will see what happens. I don't doubt that I will get my money, just a hassle going through it every time with retailer not following their own terms and conditions whilst penalising us if we don't! Had similar problems with phones4u last year.0

phone them. I had to phone them to get my first claim form.
take the persons name who you spoke to and they should also give you a tel log ref number. Keep it all documented, dont give them any room to get out of paying what they owe.0 -

Just recently received my mobile phone. The following issues;
1. Mobile number registered to someone else...
2. No Redemption certificate..it states in the green folder in will come near the time of eligibility period.
3.Can M2YD cancel my mobile insurance policy?

I got my redemption certificate about 10 days after my order, stating I need to claim sometime in december.

got home to find they have sent me claim form number 1 again. Customer service is a joke, and thats after speaking to a manager.
will speak to them again. I have had cashback mobile phones for at least 5 years and this company has been the worst of them all.
Talk about grinding you down!0
