Hey guys,
right took out a contract with M2YD and received a nice A4 green booklet with a receipt and Direct debit info. The problem is I haven't received any cashback info (no sign on the receipt. On the green booklet it says read the "Redemption Certificate", I haven't got a redemption certificate. So if anyone could fill me in on where I can get the terms of this offer etc it would be great. I would need to send my " 9th, 12th, 15th and 18th monthly bills".

I received my cashback form by separate post a few days after I received my phone.0 -
Interesting. They told me (and reading posts here) I should receive it one month before my claim date. The thing I am not happy about is I do not know what my claim date is, I would like to put these dates into my outlook calender to remind me. With OSPS its easy because you can calculate which bill you need to send, with M2YD its less so.
Hopefully I do receive it soon, otherwise it would be a 9month wait by which I may have totally forgotten about this!

After the checks, it takes a week to despatch the phone...can't believe it takes that long.

The phone I ordered G600 was out of stock, that's why it took so long and yes you would think they would send the claim form with the welcome pack.0
