    Hey guys,

    i was almost about to buy a contract from phones2 your door, BUT thank God i seen you guys posts here ^^

    their T&Cs seemed fishy to me too as which ever bit i read on their site it just put "us" responsible for everything..for examle

    they can change their T&Cs any time they like (i e-mail them bout it asked what if i buy a contract today and T&Cs gets changed a months later would they apply to me they sadi yes :O)

    i was little hazitant as i didnt know what might they change in their T&Cs and didnt wanted my self screwed up for soo much moeny..

    what you guys suggest ?

    If you aren't prepared to fight them if (or when, as has already happened) they change your ts + cs, then steer well clear.

  • They make the rules up as they go along - and change them when they see fit. Wait and see; I expect it'll arrive in the next 2 weeks with the correct amount on it.

    I have only used OSPS for cashback and rec it all so far, I am looking at getting the G600 12 month contract with 11 months free cashback from M2YD

    Do you have to send all of an itemised bill or just the front page and can you just send a copy or do you have to send the original bill? Is recorded del ok or do you have to use special delivery?

    Always use special delivery with consequential loss for cashback claims. Recorded is no better than normal 1st class post with a certificate of posting.

    I've used rec del with all my claims with OSPS and not had a problem with getting the cashback.
