I think the claim form is perfectly clear. 1) the latest bill you have at the start date of the period. 2) If they put the wrong amount on mine I can prove what I signed up/agreed to and will enforce that accordingly. I don't take nonsense from dealers - but so far have no problems. However, the proof will be in the....!0

Here here (as MPs would say). Follow the claim form and stop over compliating things for yourselves. mobiles2yourdoor and p4U would not have a leg to stand on if they rejected a claim where you follow the terms stated on the form.0 -
I'm in agreement with shere1 and mobilejunkie, I've just sent off the form as it instructs. What I'm not quite so chuffed with is that it makes you sign agreement to the Ts&Cs at the back and they have the right to vary as they see fit and notify you, but most importantly then assume you have been notified of all changes upto the date of claim.
Now I'm not suggesting they would do this, but I know that other cashback schemes have taken advantage of this type of clause to gain an unfair advantage. However, I would argue that anything that materially affects the nature of the original agreement wouldn't stand up in court... e.g. changing the amounts due, claim periods, etc. and I would be comfortable taking this up if it was necessary.
In fact, by my reckoning, if they rejected a claim because you didn't send in the original form - for example - but you'd endeavoured to get this form (as I did with mine) then I can't see them having a basis to reject the claim.
Oh - it also states 'copy of the bill' so I copied the entire bill and sent it... you never know what excuse they'd make up if you only sent page 1 of the 4!The thanks button is here to the right. I wouldn't worry too much. Dealers trying to vary t&c after the event haven't exactly been successful. I have also had contradictory information from them but am quite satisfied I will be able to enforce the t&c and gain the cashback by legal means should it be required. On the other hand I haven't yet taken anyone else there; the jury's still out and I need to know exactly how they work and how reliable they are. Not everyone is as ready as I would be to use legal means if necessary.0

Just got my first claim form, (after pestering them for it), and it too says £48 on it, not the expected £120.
I have written a strongly worded letter and attached it with the claim form, which I have amended to the correct sum.
Their T&C's (still currently - see website on any cashback phone deal) clearly say "approx. 25%" - now where in the world is £48 out of £480, 25% - it is 10% which is not going to stand up in law to scrutiny.
As it is a 'claim form', I've changed it so I have 'claimed' £120.
Lets see what BS they come up with.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

The forms are sent to some processing house in Bristol. Doubt they care about your £120.
Write to the CEO of p4u (name and address mentioned a page or so back). That will get results.0 -
I will see what they pay, then indeed will write to him if need be.
After been shafted by TMO, I beggered if I'm taking this kind of cr** from another firm.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

I did the same and in my covering letter, as I said before, I have threatened to sue for the full amount without further notice should they not cough up 120.The thanks button is here to the right. This is our very first contract phone and our first Caskback scheme.
We recived the Phone the other day and 2 days later we got the Cashback claim form for the 15th August.I've read a few Posts on this site and i thought they sent the claim form just before your claim date ,just want to confirm this is correct.
Also when i send the form back do i send the Bill nearest to the 15th August ie:19th july or could i wait for the next bill 19th August or does it not matter as long as i claim within the 60days
Any other hints tips welcome
thanks nyck0 -
Just signed up with them too! Here's hoping it goes ok!
My understanding of the cashback is that it could be either bill but I'm not 100%0
