The phone I ordered G600 was out of stock, that's why it took so long and yes you would think they would send the claim form with the welcome pack.
How long after you have placed an order, would you call them to see what is happening with the order? five working days? I have placed an order for a clearance handset.0 -
I was told by e-mail on 11th March that I would get my cashback (having been sucessfully made) in 10 working days.
That was 10 working days ago!

Dear xxx,
Due to recent customer feedback it has been necessary to amend the cheque back promotion, this doesn't affect the terms and conditions of your contract or cheque back promotion. You will now receive your cheque back claim form 14-28 days before your claim is due.
This is being amended on the website to reflect these changes.
Kind Regards.

I had exactly the same problem. When I emailed them to enquire if they had received my claim details, they said they could not answer because of data protection! What tosh. Send in a copy of the claim detail by special delivery and consequential loss and prepare for battle.0

Thanks for that. Looks like I will be getting mine during Christmas, a time when posts go "missing"!
Does anyone know if I can send a printout of the online bill? Or does it have to be an original bill?
