i have just recieved my phone and welcome pack from mobiles2yourdoor today. inside the welcome pack is a vodafone agreement contract and direct debit instructions which both require my signature. i know this sounds silly but do i need to sign them both and send to vodafone and my bank? there is no information about what to do with this on the welcome letter and i do not want to invalidate my cashback claims.

A few days after I ordered the phone, I called CS, I was told they were expecting new stock and I should rec the phone by the end of the next week, but I rec it it a few days after my call to CS.
Sent them an email today...lets see what happens. Just telephoned them, as they were so busy the line just got cut off. What is the best time to call them?
Thank you0 -

I didn't bother TBH. I received a letter direct from orange stating my direct debit has been set up.I am also wanting to know whether an online bill will be accepted by this company. Can anyone help please?

davidjones90Does anyone know if I can send a printout of the online bill? Or does it have to be an original bill?
M2YD CS rep told me that I only had to send the front cover of the bill and not a fully itemised bill. Vodafone CS rep told me that I would receive an unitemised paper bill. On the claim form it says to send a copy of the bill, so I shall send a photocopy.0 -
Sid_Harper wrote: »Ditto. And the original Ts & Cs said the cheque will be issued within 30 days of receipt. My letter enclosed with my claim form was also an LBA saying I'd take action if I didn't get my £120 as per the original Ts & Cs... so I think MCOL might just be the easiest thing to do and get the whole pile of cash back in one hit.
Ditto for me Sid ! I'll wait for Monday's post and if nothing comes I'll get onto them.0 -
Good luck regarding email response. No matter what question I ask via email I receive a standard response stating I must contact their customer support team via the telephone. I was even told that sending any information to me in an email was a breach of the data protection act.
I have of course phoned as well but, I want email confirmation that my 1st claim has been successful.
I'll post back in a week or two when my first cheque should arrive.0 -

Hello,
Thanks for your email.
I am also enquiring on the possibility if it is possible to send in a print out of an "online" bill, rather than the original itemised bill I receive through the post, direct from orange? Would an "online" bill invalidate my cashback claim? Your terms do not address this issue.
Thank you very much for your time,
David

Just a brief post on my cashback claims.
I have 2 contacts about a month apart. My phone cashback claim was sent on Feb26th and my wifes claim was send on March 7th.
Today I received 2 cheques in the post and the next claim forms. I had also emailed phones4u as my claim was over 30 days old. I got a reply in 4 hours confirming cheques had been posted and cheque was dated March 18. This was true
So no problems with my cashbacks or phone being answered or emails being replied to.0
