Don't bother. Amend the form, and send it with a covering letter saying it's wrong but you expect them to pay out according to the original terms. You are still claiming using the claim form they sent you - so I can't see how they could try and wriggle out of that! The thanks button is here to the right. That is actually a very vailid point. Logical..like it.0 -
They messed up the details on my form so I just fixed it and sent it off. They're now in breach as, despite an LBA, there's still no cheque... give it a few days then MCOL here we come; as far as I'm concerned, they owe me the full whack now.

I was just on to M2YD today. They said my claim had been successful and that the cheque was issued on 1st April. So hopefully I'll receive it in the next few days.0

hi,
i saw m2yd's great deals and i headed here to see if they're trustworthy or another potential mobilerainbow
i contacted them by email regarding a couple of queries and, as expected based on past peoples' experience i didn't get a reply......well not for about 4 days but eventually i did.
i also got a bit of info which helped explain why they are able to offer such cheap contracts. with vodafone, they sell a finished product and present it to voda. now i'm not fully aware of the connection process but i do remember in the past that the shop assistant would call the network and would activate the line - by eliminating this they are able to cut costs a bit. with orange (the line i signed up with) i received a 'clearance' handset and a SIM-only line which was signed up to a tariff that gives much worse value than standard orange SIM only packages (in fact its slightly worse value than signing up a new contract online with orange and getting a reasonably high end phone for free). so i'm guessing that they get massive commission for this line which covers the cashback and the lowered cost of the reconditioned handset
still 6 months away from my cashback claim - and that will be the big test - but being part of P4U i have faith they will honour it!0 -
Glad you explained that. Now I know how they can give back more than they receive (ignoring the cost of the phone naturally!)! It's a wonder ALL their deals aren't 12 months free, isn't it?? Da!0

Are you sure, I was looking at an free Orange deal, which was on offer last week at M2YD for 600 mins and 500 texts which the same as Dolphin 40 on the orange site, definitely NOT a sim only deal. I did not take up the offer as my contract does not run out for a couple of weeks, now it's no longer on their website and the Orange are rubbish now, so I'll keep looking as they seem to change all the time.0 -
