    :j Well pleased this morning,first chequebacks for £120 each arrived.Was starting to worry as I was one of the Mobile Outlets victims!!!!!
    Even so I am not sure I would go down the cashback route again.:beer:

    and, if you don't mind me asking, when did yuo take the deal out? I've received a cheque for my same deal but for £48 today! Legal action is pending.

    Do your original and new claim forms both show £120?

    My deal is exactly like LADY A's; same timing, T&C's etc with the exception that I had the Samsung U600.

    looks like they've tried to retrospectively stiff earlier adopters of the deal with stepped cashbacks then... good thing I've got my documentation in order!

    One of the basic groundrules. Why doesn't everyone follow the basics? I'm having good responses from them at every stage and am not in the least concerned (albeit not received my first cheque yet - but definitely will and for the correct amount!).
