    If that's the deal you signed up to then fair enough, but if it should be £120 (and AFAIK from other posts on this thread noone has come across a stepped deal until recently) then I'd get onto them (unless, of course, you're OK with that!)

    I'm guessing here that you didn't check how the £480 cashback is divided up when you took the deal out, am I right? Because on their deal page you used to be able to click on that and it'd bring up a window to tell you it was four lots of £120 in months 6, 8, 10 and 12.

    I didn't! But just found the old post on Hot Uk Deals;

    Send your 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 60 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £48 (month 6), £96 (month 8), £144 (month 10) and £192 (month 12).

    Looks like they changed it at some point, sneaky little so-and-sos... just found this on QuidCo: http://www.quidco.com/blog/?p=105 (near the end).

    key thing is to always keep copies of relevant documentation...

    :confused:
    Last Year I got the LG Prada on the 12 months free deal, quidco tracked and paid out, got my first cheque today, it was late but arrived with the claim form none the less.

    But the 2nd claim form says claim 1 of 4, the amount and date are right in that they relate to the 2nd claim but just the fact that it says claim 1 of 4, should I query this or just send it off with the bill?
    Same here?My claim form says same!!!!!!

    and mine... just send it off anyway - it's irrelevant really, and besides, it was them that sent you that form so they can't really claim that they're rejecting a claim on the basis of the info on their pre-printed form being wrong. That'd be ludicrous in court!

    The one hundred pounds thing is just a fraud prevention measure - the computer will be printing that on cheques below that amount to make sure noone tries to alter it.

    Just as an aside, even if you're pursuing a legal claim, it's always wise to continue making claims - just in case you lose your claim through some schoolboy error. And keep copies of the claim form and the cheque before banking it...

  • First cashback claim date was 03/03/08. Sent registered post. Rang last week to check I had been successful. Cheque arrived 10/04/08 for £120 as agreed. Anyone else having success?
