One of the basic groundrules. Why doesn't everyone follow the basics? I'm having good responses from them at every stage and am not in the least concerned (albeit not received my first cheque yet - but definitely will and for the correct amount!).
You can not blame people for worrying especially with what has gone on in the past(mobile outlet etc.)
These cheques just received where well overdue,I myself had to phone and enquire.I followed the terms and conditions without fault. If only they would!!!!!

People choosing the Mobile Outlet made a really BAD decision; this is not the same at all. If the company doesn't comply with it's side of the contract it's pretty simple to enforce it. Sid; I have two thus far, plus one for someone else now. I now feel more confident in them and will be using them again for myself and those I look after. In fact, they are looking more straightforward than the (one) alternative - albeit with different advantages and cash-flow/profit etc.

Last Year I got the LG Prada on the 12 months free deal, quidco tracked and paid out, got my first cheque today, it was late but arrived with the claim form none the less.

But the 2nd claim form says claim 1 of 4, the amount and date are right in that they relate to the 2nd claim but just the fact that it says claim 1 of 4, should I query this or just send it off with the bill?

Mine arrived today also, but they ignored my request for the full £120, so now do I chase the difference.

My 2nd claim form says it is 1 of 4 and has the 8th April on it, but by my reckoning, I shouldn't be claiming until 8 months, which is May, not April. I'm going to send the bill that will arrive some time next week, as that is what they have asked for, idiots.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
    Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
    Shopandscan, £2,840
    Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
    Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
    British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR1200

@fatboyonadiet - my 2nd form says 1st as well, just use that - the 1st/2nd is immaterial as the rest of the info is right and it's their mistake not yours - did they cough up £120 or just £48?

@lacticsforlife - you should query the £48 with an LBA telling them they're in breach and you want the difference immediately, because otherwise you're accepting the stepped cashbacks. April is correct if you puchased in August like I did... because my first one was sent off month 6 which was Feb, so April, June, August are when the next ones would be due if I was putting up with their nonsense from the 1st one.
