You're telling me buddy! Literally time in abundance. I am trying to get in touch with people.
I have a hobby which in theory would take up hours, just motivation is drained at the minute.
The gym is a possibility (and very cliched)
Exercise and sport are great hobbies. Get those endorphins flowing whilst getting into great shape whilst taking your mind off of things. That a win-win-win situation.Yep, I know.
My thought process:
She gets to go out and therefore less annoyed/stressed
I get to see my son
I win some goodwill
(you're right, and i wont do it, just explaining why i considered it)
In theory it might have worked if she wasn't a daft boot.

sometimes these things take a while to reach the big head and be processed.
Stop being so hard on yourself.
Were you married?
Just trying to see if you have PR.0 -

No, unfortuney I don't have PR.
Cheers for the support - it is appreciated0 -
No worries
that lack of PR will make it harder especially if shes gone nutty.
You need to keep your cool and try to curb your natural need to do as your told so you can see your son.
Remember if anything happens with new bloke (if he exists at all) she will still consider you the back up plan.
When you start to see someone, she may well lay on the niceness in order to confuse you.0 -

Ye, will keep my head level. Definitely feels like she's taken the red pill! - She's been teetotal and quit smoking for 2 months. Not gone out at all. All of a sudden it's all back on, which is to be honest why i'm feeling hit for 6. Something changed, and the only thing that I could work out was someone new.
Good point. I'll defintely tread carefully incase it comes to her wanting me to step aboard that ship again!!

OOh ok, good news for tomorrow,
She's text asking about a meeting point.
In reply im going to suggest an activity and a place.
But do i say:
thanks for seeing it through. Hope we can be civil for DSs sake.
I realise that neither of us can be going through this anymore. Sadly the relationship failed, but it might be for the best. Hope you and DS are ok?0 -
Hmm. Lets see.. what did everyone say - should you have any talks but MINIMUM arranging logistics ?The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -
