It is raining outside and will do for the rest of the week. There is some good news upon looking at my wage slip for 31st January.
Hurrah, they have given me £40 overtime which will be used for February credit card.  I can save/OP my usual £250 and an extra £177 (from council tax savings).
I will keep £150 for food and fun this month and save everything else in xmas/holiday/bills fund
Aiming for a minimal spend 2022
  • Great news about the O/T and your use of it.
While it's wet, the days are staying lighter for longer 🤗

Good news about the overtime SW 🤗 It’s raining here too but the temperature is forecast to go up to 10 degrees so hopefully it will be warmer and the heating will be on less!

Thanks Skinty. I was doing so well but i have already spent almost £100 pounds on things in the last few days £60 was for a new bin as mine fell apart. I was supposed to spend £150 all month. Yikes. Fruit and salad is all i am buying now for the rest of the month I have loads of staples in though.

Yes i did buy a cheap one a few years ago from the local supermarket but it fell apart so fast! Im hoping this will last. The cost of the bin means i have £100 to live on for this month which is fine. Im just chuffed i saved my council tax money!!! It is pouring down with rain here.
