Is there a holiday soon so you can start counting down the time.
Please try and have a few extra breaks where you have 10 mins to yourself and a coffee.

My last lesson was cancelled, I was so tired i was supposed to mark and i fell asleep from tiredness. I will try to do a walk tomorrow as I havent been out for two days due to poor weather and mad emails/meetings from work.

In one week it will be nearly payday. I cannot wait till my cc is paid off. This month i have treated myself to 5 extra perfumes for £100 a bargain price but next month it is more important i must save my extra council tax savings to my retirement and house fund.

If you don't feel up to a walk, just pop out into your garden for a few minutes. Pretend you are seeing how it looks to make plans for summer and planting bulbs to have them pop up throughout the year.

Don't forget to claim your tax relief as you could put half into savings and half into retirement.

  • Sorry to hear you are feeling so tired SW. I feel the same this week and the weather doesn’t help. Roll on spring! I just want to eat chocolate but I’m trying not to as I have my blood test next Friday. If staying off the cake, chocolate, crisps, ice cream etc (apart from a week at Christmas) hasn’t made any difference I am going to stuff my face 😆 I saw creme eggs in aldi and have been craving one ever since 😈

Thank you ladies, it is the weekend. Hurrah. Lots of work to do but at my own pace. I am chilling tonight and counting down the days till payday, only 6 day to go!!!!
The first job i will do  is to claim that tax relief. Every penny helps! I have taped the Martin Lewis's TV show and will watch that too. I must build up my holiday/xmas fund.

You get a nice little back pay bonus of tax relief, then a little bonus each month, it's worth doing.

    Enjoy your weekend 🤗

  • 🤗🤗 that should be in your February pay. Although the tax code tends to update overnight, it takes a a few weeks for it to get to payroll and them deal with it due to when the payroll cut off, but it's coming!
