In a side border, they will replace the hideous yellow plants in the summer and they go with the purple theme.
Exactly one week to go till payday. I am really hoping that i will be able to save extra we shall see.

Oh MF bless you i was thinking aloud with my savings. There is no need for worry, I will be saving extra this month due to  council tax savings and my usual savings but I had hoped to save more however I have to top up my xmas/emgergency fund which is only £35.
Skinty, I am so excited about the summer when i will enjoy the flowers. Gently gently every year i top up with new additions and love the purple theme. The swing really makes the garden lovely and i cannot wait to enjoy it again.

  • Still worth doing once a year.

Seems like ages ago we were all chatting about our gardens, another month or so and things will be warmer.

Today has been a looong day with 7 hours of prep. I am rather proud of all the work done this holiday. If i can do work tomorrow then i can have Sunday to do a fruit shop and to relax.
I am waiting for payday on Friday and hoping i will be called for my vaccine as several friends have been called.  Fingers crossed it is before i get hauled back into work.

Hope you manage to have a relaxing weekend SW. Get on the phone to your GP and ask about the jab. My GP phoned me for a consult about something else & just offered me an appointment due to my diabetes. I am booked in for both jabs beginning of March & may and you should be able to get yours too.

My dad said that too just to ring. lol. Two days left till i go back to work but due to my prep this term will be easier. Hurrah. It is lovely outside and the garden looks so green - weeds!!! but lots of bulbs are coming through too. It is such a nice feeling to see Spring appearing. This will be the first year without next door's oak tree (they chopped it down) and I hope the back of my garden will get more sunlight and i can grow even more nice things there.
I have to write two lessons, check emails, do a bit of marking and i am done. I wonder if i can do it today and have tomorrow off.
