Some good news, I can I pay off next months credit card statement & will have a very manageable £133 to live off for the next month. This will be used for travel, new kettle & fresh fruit and veg.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Retired at 55 & now living off the equity £10k a year (until pensions start at 60 & 67).

Babs the lovely kettle cost £25 leaving me with £108 left for food & travel & a bit spare in Emergency Fund. Finally I realise that every pound saved is money towards my retirement and my house. Only one month to my next payday cannot wait. I cant really afford to do anything this month but if i do get some free time i will do a bit of gardening as it looks like a wilderness. That's a good price!
The lid stopped opening on ours after we moved in, it's still useable and I offered to buy a new one but TomBo said it's still got life in it.
Free things include walks, picnic in the park, gardening, planning for this year, next, a decade, reading, watching a film etc. Growing your own flowers and roses provides cut flowers for inside your house. You can do this!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
