I was wondering if you had any update for your connection problems ?

They came today and put a new temporary cable in. Let's see how that goes. Still no plan for a long term fix. They do seen now to be acknowledging that there is no underground cable.....which I've been telling them for a year.

Was this the result of your email to TT or was it down to BT ?

It may sound excessive - but have you considered contacting your MP ?
They may be able to pull a few strings and get things moving on what is essentially your basic needs and rights (communications....)

BT Tell me that Infinity will be available in a few weeks. Then it will just be about how much compensation I get

Well good news. My line is finally fixed and FTTC Broadband is now available. So is BT via top cashback still the best deal?
