OK thanks. I'll drop her a line. I did that with BMW and all I gor back was a letter from the same person that I had been talking to

OK, I've sent an email off. I tried to make it constructive. I did point out that I have 40 years experience in the industry and have worked for many of the big players. Hopefully they will realise that I know what I'm talking about.

She normally replies pretty quickly and passes it on to one of her slaves !!
At least she will then be aware of the problem...
