Do you hook the squares together, as you go? At a space, hook a loop through the corresponding space on another square. Saves a lot of sewing! That is the best crochet tip I've ever been given, has saved absolutely hours!

Arthog, that is very good advice. Alas, these are different coloured squares and I need to set them out before sewing them together.

I am declaring 37 more towards my total. I sold a big bundle (37 obviously) of magazines today via facebook so not only have they made a bit of space in my craft room they have also given me £10 towards my holiday spending money so I'm happy for two reasons


No actual crafting done by me yet but I am hoping to start again very soon

have completed another 5 cards - taking my total up to 101.

I'm a little bit chuffed with this as I hate making cards and they're for someone who volunteers at my work place...

I will be adding another total of 150 onto this for the rest of the year...

Next weekend as it's a bank holiday I plan to complete 5 junk journals - bound in leather. I plan to cut some of the pages etc through the week. I have one of the paper sets pretty sorted already...

I also need to whip up a petticoat at some point really soon... as well as some cherries made on shrinkies plastic for a headband... I need to make a list ASAP to keep on top of this... Haha need to b getting more organised...

We had a crazy weekend so I managed three of the five junk journals.
I am aiming to get another three finished through the week.
I still haven't whipped up the petticoat - but that should be fairly easy when I get round to getting started famous last words I realise.
I need to crack on and sort out my craft room as it seems to get worse each week. Giving me an excuse to not use it and make a mess all over the house.
