I have made another scrapbook style photo frame in the last week as well as a couple of birthday cards and I finished a cross stitch last night. Sadly I can't really count the cross stitch as I was using MIL's stash of thread! At least I was helping her destash which still counts, right?! ;)

I know, it's so hard though :rotfl:

So far I have restrained myself, thanks for the encouragement

birthday card for my DIL, plus a couple of extras, courtesy of Hunkydory again. I have soooooo much HD stuff, never mind all the rest, I'm wondering if I'll ever make an impression on it!

    Your cards are lovely

I have lots of HD stuff too, greentiger. It's just so easy and quick to put together a card at hardly a moments notice, and they always look impressive when they are made up. Maybe we can't have too much HD stuff? No, I'm just trying to make myself feel less guilty for having so much of their stuff

I have completed one junk journal - and 'sewn' one that fell apart but it busted my stash so i am counting it...

Have covered the other two tins with washi tape (partner bought me home 3 metal tea / coffee / sugar canisters) which i am using as pen pots and scissor holders in my craft room.

I seem to have 101 things to get done and did hope to get more done this weekend but no such luck.

I have managed to sand down some drawers and do the first coat of paint on them - which will be storage once they are finished.

Have been playing with my birthday presents - and spent my bit of birthday money on card and some sizzix dies....

I will get some other stuff done through the week... haha famous last words... I'm getting close to the 100 target - but i think i need to start on some of the bigger bits...

good luck to you all and keep up the ninja crafting...

Item 54 -a pair of wrist-warmers made, for myself rather than to donate for charity this time.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry been MIA for a while as hubby has been able to spend a few days at home which was nice but he's gone back again now so I'm hoping to pass the time with some crafting whilst the kids are at school.

I've made two scrapbook pages which even if I do say so myself I absolutely love. I am starting to use all those "special pieces" which I previously thought were just too nice to use and I can honestly say that they look so much better actually on a project rather than tucked away in my piles of stash :)

I have still not bought anything else to add to my crafty stash. Hubby being made redundant and then having to take a massive pay cut has obviously had a very good effect on me so at least some goods come of it :)

I'm well impressed with all your efforts and well done for all staying strong :) I read the other day that that craft channel are preparing to be put up for sale soon. Maybe this thread has drastically reduced their sales (I know I used to spend a small fortune with them!) :)

    Rummer - welcome back :)

greentiger and hoipoloi I too can join the Hunkydory club. I have a whole large shelf in my craft room dedicated to card kits from them then and kanban etc :) You have both inspired me to make some things using them so thank you :)

Keep crafting everyone and beee happy :)

OOOh I'm like a bus - nothing for ages and then two come along at once :)

I forgot to add that I have also sold 70 sheets of toppers and 100 paper sweet bags on facebook but they are not being collected until Saturday and Sunday respectively. Will count them as 71 things towards my destashed total once I have the money in my pocket (£34) :)

I'm still listing lots on Facebook so hopefully will sell more soon to add towards my total (and my holiday spending fund) :)
