    Hi all

It seems that there are quite a few of us who have had either an offer letter or an email to say it is on its way and now are being told we will have to wait a further three weeks for a different letter.

Is there any way that we can collectively complain to the FO or the FSA and explain that we believe Natwest are deliberately using the test case to stall claims that they should be paying out on.

As Toniq has already proved the chief exec office has stated that this timescale was not what they believed to be correct.

Can anyone advise of any action we can carry out to try and speed up this farce so that we can all know one way or the other what is happening to our claims.

    Thanks

I'm not sure how that could be done - its probably going to have to be a case of each person pursuing their case, as Toni did - very successfully!!

I'll be interested to hear others views on it, though.

Hi,have a read at Toniq posts, she's really persisted with her claim, and after a lot of hard work she finally received her money(deservedly too!),i'm sure you will find Toni's posts really helpful, and in post "460" Toni gives the telephone no.for the chief exec's office ,it's worth a try! Goodluck

just had a request for more info off cobbets my self, what a waist of paper, i dont mind if they want to defend, but they probably dont, its just a time waist,

what realy annoys me tho having read quite a few threads is the total lack of consistancy when either the bank are dealing with initial complaints, or it progresses to court.

cant say it inspires me to have any faith in the bank atall.

hi, if u go through the chief exec route you can speed it up, i rang yesterday and got money today.

    I wish you luck

    Hi,
TBH i am fed up of arguing with these people so i am just going to stick it out for another 2 weeks.
I know i am in the right as my acceptance letter was signed for on 26th July before the test case was announced, but they have the 27th on there system, how convenient. So i would have to get proof from royal mail and that would possibly take a week so i might as well just wait.
I know by the end of August i should (fingers crossed) have the money in my account.
If i had seen your post about the contacting the chief exc earlier enough on Fri then i may well have rang, but by the time i get chance to ring on Monday they will probably have changed there number!!!!
    Thanks for replying, much appreciated.
Good luck with your IVF, you deserve it after all this.

    Hi smeg,

Please dont give up ,try on monday its just a call,i know many people that have contacted me through various boards that are now waiting on faxed letter or money into acct by going chief exec route.

Remember they are in the wrong, their website states clearly if you have accepted a full and final offer your claim wont be revisited, their staff on the 27th stated quite clearly as i had accepted the offer already that i had no problems and money would be in acct 7-10 days,

Its only after i called again on tuesday that i found out that they had decided otherwise, i demanded my calls be listened to as i had been misled.

As you know i took it to the chief exec route and they couldnt fail to notice how they had messed up big time,

You have to fight for alot in life and this is one.

    good luck

    toni
