    Hi,
A little update on my case,

I rang the lady in london as she hadnt returned my call, she stated " an executive is looking at your case as we speak and a decision will be made today"

I then was asked why i had gone into my treatment without the money being there?!?!?!

I explained i left the letter for 3 weeks before responding as i didnt want to end up spending it on bills and stuff, you dont expect banks to move the goalposts!

So now yet gain im waiting for a call from Mr Executive this time and i have a feeling they are going to stick to there hardline of wait 3 weeks,
If they do i have letters ready to email and post explaining what a joke this is.
I had to fill a day that i wasted sitting arond for calls with something,
I refuse point blank to give in and lose my treatment because of natwest.

Hi Toni and shamrock, why do you have to wait for them to send revised terms & conditions? you have signed and returned their letter, could this be a breach of contract?(Edinburghlass or Natweststaffmember can advise you better regarding this). Also they are not there to question why you've gone ahead with treatment, that's your buisness Toni not theirs.

shamrock, please read your posts as your answers are in your posts.

have told me only claims prior to the 23/07/07 are being processed.

All claims have been suspended, you had an offer which you accepted.

My offer letter was dated 19/07/07 but I received it on the 26/06/07 and returned it in the SAE on that day. I wasnt supposed to receive it until 27/07/07 which is why I accidently put that date.

I don't understand what you mean about not supposed to receive it until 27/07/07, but I assume although the letter was dated 19/07/07 by the time it was typed and put to the mail room receiving it on 26/07/07 would be about standard.

I was only told by telephone that it would be in my account within 10 days and not in the offer letter. It states payment direct to bank account when bank actions the offer.

I assume that you phoned on 26/07/07 when you received the offer to be told this so then you can complain 10 days from the bank receiving your letter if the money isn't in your account.

my offer letter is dated 22/7/07 posted second class so i didnt receive it till 27/7/07 signed and posted straight back by recorded delivery.phoned cru today to be told another letter is being sent which could take upto 3 weeks to get here when they receive the new letter my money will go straight into my account within 7 days so i have got to wait another month for my money.so they are not honouring the offers already sent like they are stating on there website.
