Just added up my fees & wondering is it even worth asking for the interest with Natwest? My charges only come to £687

The bank aren't obliged to pay the interest as this is something that is awarded by the court so they will only pay the interest should your claim end up as a court case.

I asked Natwest credit cards for my statements, they have sent a list of charges and made me an offer, I haven't even written to them requesting the charges back!
Charges came to £320 Excl interest £379.33 Incl int they have offered £135.68 incl int.
I do not intend to accept their offer.
Is there a letter anywhere that I can send declining their offer.
