Yes CBC, I believe they still do send out the renewal including an option to pay for 12 months or 6 months as a one off payment or monthly by DD too.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. Yep, renewal notice is still sent via post. You have options of 6 or 12 months, but online I believe you can also pay monthly.Never Knowingly Understood.

Keep plodding on Toomuchdebt, if it's back to zero then it means you have used it for something, which is something you didn't put on a credit card so it's served it's purpose. That doesn't make you a failure by any means.
There's no race to this and it's not about the first past the post but to just keep plodding on with the target, with plenty of support along the way.
Dust yourself down, pick yourself up, start again and don't give up, we are all behind you. I'm trying to balance what I have left after bills are paid monthly (all budgeted via ynab)
I know I class myself as 'could do better'
This month i've swiped 110 into instant access savings via iPhone -this is the easiest way I can save-only after all bills are paid.
I recognise there are months approx 3 or 4 times a years when its impossible to save-MOT/Road tax/Factor-these are my greatest challenges-I can't get to the stage where I can leave or build on my savings.
Forgot to mention i'm making small regular overpayments to mtg-important as fix finishes mid 2017.
What I can do either this year or early 20016 is reduce sky t.v. package-maybe 30 p/month to save from that.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -

Hi please add Dandytf to this 1000 savings challenge
Hi Dandytf,
Welcome aboard the challenge.
Patman will be along shortly to give you a number. You are doing well to move money as soon as bills are paid. Don't think of this as a race though and skipping months when you have other priorities is fine, it's about getting to the goal, however long it takes. You will have plenty of support along the way. The rest of us are in the same boat so doing what we can, when we can and cheering each other along. :T

That's a lovely way of putting it, Dobbibill:T. I really agree with what you said.
Toomuchdebt, please don't ever feel you are a failure:). I've posted a few times on here expressing exactly the same low opinion of myself when I've had to raid my EF savings for real emergencies:o. The lovely members of this challenge have soon put me right as it's true that that's exactly what we have the EF for, to pay for the nasties that life sends our way without having to panic or having to borrow money.
Keep reading and posting on this thread as we are all here to help each other through whatever life throws at us:beer:
