Hi Susie, take no notice of this lot, everyone has an opinion as you can see! :p

Hope you're ok. Let us know how you get on.:)

Why would she post and then take no notice of the responses? She could have saved herself a bit of time if that's what she wanted!

I thought *everyone* knew that the MAP disrupted your cycle (because of the hormones in it) and you would prolly have to wait at least 3 cycles before you got 'back to normal'.
For the record I use Persona natural birth control but it's about £10/month for the sticks (and it is how I intentionally got pregnant with my second child), I have also worked in family planning and STD clinics.

Most people who have also taken it also know that it's important to check for pregnancy as soon as possibly suspected (and even if not due to a slight delay) due to the risk of ectopic pregnancy (even if it doesn't always show on a PG test, it's something you think of and are aware of)

Thats right, everyone has an opinion, doesnt mean everyone apart from you should be taken no notice of.

Maybe if you read the OP's previous postings you might realise why shes getting some of the responses she currently is.

Well of course everyone is going to have opinion but she merely asked for 'should she tell him or should she NOT tell him'

But she didn't just ask a simple question, she chose to elaborate on her birth control methods and to state that it wouldn't be the end of the world if she was pregnant even though it would be unplanned (as evidenced by taking the MAP). These points were completely superfluous to her actual question, but she chose to include them anyway, even though it would be reasonable to assume they would factor in the responses she received. This doesn't even take into account her previous threads regarding her relationship, many of which have been read by those who have replied to this one.

I've never had a judgmental post regarding my relationship with my husband, but that is because I have never posted anything about it. The OP has chosen to post, and given quite explicit details, about her relationship - and has had a variety of responses. Knowing this she still decided to start another thread without opting for anonymity. If she doesn't like the responses then she shouldn't have posted in the first place.
  • How did you get on OP?

If you click on her name it says she was last on MSE on the 8th, ie the day she started this thread. I think you all might have scared her off :(
